Expense disruption

Has anybody heard if there are any updates whether the expense degradation has been resolved and if not, is there information of when it will be resolved.

Hi @karenp919., thank you for reaching out here, in the Community and apologies for the disruption of service. The latest update sent at 2:51 PM ET stated: 

"Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 45-60 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved."

That is not my experience.  All expenses and receipts are absent from my account and I cannot create them

Hi @CraigDanger , are you still experiencing this same behavior today (no receipts or expenses showing)?  If so, I recommend reaching out to your Concur administrator or direct manager for assistance. A support case may need to be entered to investigate further.

Thank you, I haven't tested everything but the approval function is working.

They keep trying to tell us it is fixed, but I still have no receipts or expenses shown despite having gotten emails confirming they have been processed.
