I am trying to submit an expense report (due today!!), however I am getting an alert that I am currently on a leave of absence in Workday and cannot submit expense while on leave. I was previously on a leave for paternity, but I have been back for over a month. In Workday, it says that I am not on leave.
Any help getting this resolved would be appreciated.
@jsimpson044 I'm not sure how likely it will be to get an answer here as this is not technically a Concur issue, but a Workday issue.
Have you spoken with your direct manager about this? Also, in the Error message in Concur it says to contact the Help Desk which leads me to believe your company has a designated Help option that you can contact.
