Expense Approval history

Is there any way that an expense approver can see what expense reports they have previously approved? I have a manager asking to see what expense reports he has previously approved for his employees and while I can pull this for him, is there any way he can run this himself?

Hello @LyndaEnglish ,

Yes, in SAP Concur an approver can view the expense reports they have already approved without needing someone else to extract them.

How to do it

  1. Go to Approvals
  2. Click on Reports
  3. On the Reports Pending your Approval screen, click View
  4. Select a date range:
    • This Month / Last Month
    • This Quarter / Last Quarter
    • This Year / Last Year
    • All Reports you Approved

This will display a list of all the reports that person has approved within the selected period.

Additionally, they can open each report to view its details.
