Expense Approval Visibility

Hi Concur Community, 

As a project manager, I’d like to have visibility over all expenses and the related owner requests I’ve approved in the past for this project. Could someone please guide me on how to access this information?

View Reports You Approved

You can see reports that you have approved by selecting a date range from the View list:

• Reports you Approved this Month

• Reports you Approved last Month

• Reports you Approved this Quarter

• Reports you Approved last Quarter

• Reports you Approved this Year

• Reports you Approved last Year

• All Reports you Approved

To see a list of the reports you approved:

1. Click Approvals > Reports.
2. On the Reports Pending your Approval page, click View.
3. Select a time range from the View list.
