Expense Amount Cap - 3 years

Is there a way to configure a cap for an expense type for a range of calendar years?

For example, if policy allows for $1000 to be used for an expense type every 3 years, is that possible to configure? So, we would need the $1,000 cap to reset every three years for that specific expense type.

@llogan4 SAP Concur only has the capability of tracking an expense type's amount for one year.
