When clicking submit, it reported an error:
Error: Please do not create or submit requests at this time. 

There is no meaningful explaination of what the error is, though I have filled all fields in the request form. How to fix this error?

Hello @negtyer , thank you for reaching out on the Community. I checked to see if there were cases related to this for your company and it appears this may be an issue with NetSuite Connector. I recommend reaching out to your direct manager for guidance or your Concur Administrator if you know who that is. If you aren't sure who that would be, I can try to find out and send you that information in a private message.

@negtyer usually when this type of message appears for users, it means their company is doing some sort of change to the system or a system connected to SAP Concur and no new expense reports should be submitted until the change has occurred. Have reports submitted would delay whatever your company is doing. 

You could also try speaking with your direct manager. Seems like your company would have sent out some sort of announcement about the report submitting moratorium.
