Employee upload via Export/import

Hello,

I am trying to upload the employees using the form 100 (Import setting) and 305 (Enhanced Employee)

I am testing for now on one user, but I am getting the error about the second approver. 

Saying that the second approver could not be assigned, but in my template, that column is blank, and it is not required. Plus, in the workflow, I do not have a second approver step.

Please advise how to fix this error?

Hi @Oksana_S ,

Can you please try below things and check if issue gets resolved.

1. Could you please check which policy the employee is assigned to and identify the workflow linked to that policy? It's possible that the workflow associated with the policy has a second approver, and you might be looking at a different workflow that isn’t currently linked to the policy or employee group the user is assigned to.

OR

2. If above is not the case, then can you try removing "Concur Audit Services" step from the workflow and try updating approver through import. Lets see if same error comes or not. 

If it works then add step again and import file again and check. 

OR

3. Bring "Concur Audit Services" step down either before or after processor step and then import.
