EmailReminderService

Hello All , 

 

How can I remove delegates so that they no longer receive any notifications from  EmailReminderService@concursolutions.com?

I have checked Approver's Systems Settings under delegates ; their emails are not there but they still received notifications.

@Moxy to do this, look up the user who has this person as their delegate in the User Admin screen. When you open this user's profile, scroll to the bottom of the screen where it says Expense and Invoice Settings. There will be a link that says Expense Delegates. Click this link to see all the delegates for this user. You will see some checkboxes. One says "Receive Emails" and the other says "Receive Approval Emails". Uncheck these boxes. That should turn off the notifications. 

 

Keep in mind this turns off any emails they would receive as a delegate. They will still receive emails from EmailReminderService that pertains directly to them.
