Email Reminders

Hello! Concur stopped sending out email reminders to one of my users. He used to receive them but suddenly stopped. My company has email reminder rules set up for unsubmitted ERs, but based on the audit trail, the system has not be sending them out. I checked his email preferences and his email address, and they all seem to be correct.

@rchang we would need to know the name of the user not receiving the email reminders. If you could send me a private message with the user's name and which reminders they are no longer receiving, that will help.
