Email Notifications as an end-user

Hi, I'm an end user of Concur and I'm trying to figure out if there's a way I can manage or disable email notifications related to things like approvals, submissions, or reminders. I’ve looked through the settings in my profile, but I haven’t had much luck finding an option to customize or turn off these email alerts. Is this something end users are able to control, or would this need to be handled by an admin? Any guidance or steps would be greatly appreciated!

@natashaolch if you sign in to SAP Concur and click your initials in the upper right, you will see a little window appear. One of the options will say Profile Settings. Select this. On the next screen, click the option I've highlighted below. The next screen that appears will have some checkboxes checked. These are the email notifications you can turn off as an end user.
