Effects of Future termination date

Hello,

We have an update that the termination date should not be blank. Hence, travel configuration indicated a future termination date that is not typically done with user profile. This cause errors to some employees when logging in using SSO.

What is the effect of future termination date for enterprise using SSO?

@llyodfrancis as far as I know, a future termination date showing on a user's profile shouldn't have any effect until that date arrives. What error are they receiving and are you certain the error is being caused by the termination date? 

I'm curious...this update saying the termination date shouldn't be blank...is this something your company is saying needs to be done or were told this by someone outside your organization?
