I am unable to select the option for SGST + CGST (5%) instead of SGST + CGST (12%) or SGST + CGST (18%) currently available in the Concur drop down menu. Kindly guide.
@Ranganathan are you not seeing the option to select or when you do select it, it doesn't update? We need a little more explanation of what is happening.

@anandsarode those taxes are something your company configures, so it is likely they may not have been set up correctly. I won't be able to help with this. You will need to contact your company's site administrator and ask them about it. When you sign in to SAP Concur look in the Company Notes section to see if there is some sort of help option or email/phone number to contact someone.
