Drop down on Travel allowance home page disappear suddenly.

Drop down on Travel allowance home page with 2 options i.e. Travel up to 7 days & more than 7 days has been disappear suddenly for India, For India TA is configured in previous way as before the update in Travel allowance admin.
Kindly someone help with this how we can bring drop down field back.

It seems that in the old UI, you used to see Travel Allowance (TA) with two dropdown options: "Travel up to 7 days" and "Travel more than 7 days."

After the recent update, the UI has changed, and now the dropdown option is no longer available for TA.

Is my understanding correct? Please confirm.

If it is, could you please try creating a sample travel allowance itinerary for the following two scenarios:

1. Create a TA itinerary for a trip shorter than 7 days to a specific location and check what rate it shows.
2. Create a TA itinerary for a trip longer than 7 days to the same location and check the rate displayed.

This will help us verify if the rate is still the same as it was in the previous TA system.

• If the rates are the same, then the update is just a UI change, and there’s no issue.
• If the rates differ, it may indicate a change in the backend TA configuration, which could explain the discrepancy. In this case, you can reach out to Concur administrator in your company or may raise an IT ticket to get it confirmed.
