Drive Address Issues

My users have been encountering drive issues with the addresses disappearing after they have made their trips. 

One user states: "Concur is still having issues…today the addresses were missing and I had to manually enter the to and from locations on all 4 of my stores I visited"

 

Does anyone know how to stop this or a workaround?

@JenCanales I know this will sound like I'm being flippant, but I assure you I am not. My workaround is to simply not use Drive. 

 

You could also consider entering all of your store locations into the system. That is, if you use Concur Travel. That way they will appear when users open the mileage calculator option if using the Web version of SAP Concur. 

 

I find that with using Drive, you end up having to filter out all the non-work related trips. However, unless one is very vigilant about activating and deactivating drive when necessary, the user ends up having to do extra work filtering out trips. Lastly, you won't run into issue like the one you stated, which ends up causing extra work and frustration for users.
