Domestic mobility claim expense submission error

Hello Team,

 

while submitting domestic claim getting below error msg (attach screenshot), plan type & assignment type needed. but while opening same plan type there is no option available for fill. can you please check & guide what exactly need to fill or type to submit my claim?

Hi @akarmur ,

 

Can you please refresh your web page and open same report again. Once you open report header under Plan Type field click on 'search icon' and check whether you are getting any values in drop down list.

 

If not getting, then type in * in search box - it will display all values available under that list and then select the correct value. 

Note - If you are not aware what value to select from that drop down list values then I would suggest reaching out to Company Concur Administrator or your direct manager and take their advice regarding the same.

With reference to screenshots provided in your post those fields are connected list fields where every field gets activated by selecting value under its previous field. Meaning, you have selected level 1 field that's why level 2 field plan type is getting activated. Once you select some value in level 2 , level 3 field i.e. Assignment Name field will get activated.

Hi @akarmur ,

This is strange. Some values should be there available in the list as it is marked as a required field. Let's take Kevin's help here to check whether there are any list values available in the the list.

@KevinD - Can you please help here to check this list.

@akarmur I'm sending you a private message with a name of someone to contact. From what I saw in your site configuration, that field wasn't tied correctly to a list which would explain why it isn't populating. The person who I am private messaging you should be able to help with the issue.
