Doesn't show an option to submit the expenses

Hi,

It doesn't show an option to submit the expenses on Concur. I've tried to submit it right after my travel but the website wasn't showing that option then as well. How can I submit them? Also, there're some fraudulent charges that I can't dispute on the CitiManager website.

@Regina9 can you take a screenshot of where you believe the submit button should be. Please screenshot your entire screen, please. 

 

As for fraudulent charges, I suggest calling the card issuer directly. Keep in mind, don't do anything in SAP Concur with the fraudulent charges. Wait until the credits/refunds get issued. Once these come in, add them and the fraudulent charges to the same report. They will zero each other out.
