'Deletetd Expense lilst' re-vival

Hi,

I mistakenly deleted 'expense details' from 'Available Expense List'.

How can I recall or re-vive the deleted expense details?

Is there any 'Trash bin' in the concur system?

Hello @mint7923 ,

There is no repository where users can recover deleted expenses.

The recovery options depend on the type and source of the expense (corporate card or manual):

  • If you deleted a corporate card expense, you must contact your Concur administrator and ask them to release the hidden transaction.

  • If you deleted a manual/out‑of‑pocket expense, there is no way to recover it; the deletion is permanent.

@mint7923 if the items were not company card transactions, then they are, unfortunately, gone forever. There should have been a warning message pop up before deleting the items to ensure items aren't mistakenly deleted. Did the pop up not appear?

Thank you,

@KevinD , interesting about the pop-up warning, can't say I've even seen that. Does it need to be enabled?
