Deleted card transactions

Hello 

I work for Barcays Bank and I have purchased something on my Barclaycard and it showed as an available expense, however I accidentally deleted it. How can this be recovered or the expense be submitted again.

Hi @Hp1 ,

As an end user you can not recover a card transaction by yourself, please contact to your Concur Admin (IT or Finance Department) and ask them to recover the deleted card transaction.

@Hp1 @NTS is correct. Deleted transactions can only be made available by your company's system administrator. I'm sending you a private message with some names of people who are listed as Company Card Admins at your company.

@juarezraul I wasn't able to find a company named S PSS Inc and I cannot look you up by your email address because it is not a corporate email. I need your full company name and if your company happens to go by more than one name, please provide that as well.
