Customizing Expense Report File Name in Concur

Good day,

I have a quick question: When I download an expense report, the file appears in my browser/file manager as "MyReport." Is there a way to change the default file name when exporting from Concur? Ideally, I would like it to include the report key (e.g., "C-xxxx").

I understand that I can rename the file manually, but I’m hoping there’s a way to have it export with the desired format automatically.

@grodriguezproje I believe @Msmith0223 is referring to an actual expense report and using the Print/Share option that allows a user to save as a pdf. 

If this is what you are talking about @Msmith0223, you cannot set a default name. You need to manually change the name.
