Alert message does not go away after addressing the issue

Hello. I hope I get a help here. My expense claim has an alert that says "Please provide a comment for this expense" even though I have already provided a comment. Because of this alert, I am unable to submit the report. I have done the same claim many times before, but I never had this issue.  Thank you.

Called the SAP Concur helpdesk, and this matter was resolved.

@shojikai would you mind sharing what the Help desk told you? Did they say that you needed to resubmit the report and that would cause the red alert to go away or did they tell you something else? 

I'm asking so that others that might have the same issue can see the answer. 🙂
