Why Receipt Text message configured at Policy level not showing Concur mobile app?,
We have identified a functionality gap between the SAP Concur Web application and the SAP Concur Mobile App regarding the Receipt Text configured at the Expense Policy level.
Currently, the Receipt Text configured in the Expense Policy is displayed correctly in the Concur Web application. However, the same Receipt Text is not displayed in the Concur Mobile App. Based on our understanding, the Receipt Text feature is currently supported only on the web platform, and the mobile application does not provide an option to display or customize this text.
Requested Enhancement:
- Enable the Receipt Text configured at the Expense Policy level to be displayed in the SAP Concur Mobile App.
- Ensure consistent behavior between the Web application and the Mobile App.
- If possible, provide support for customization of the Receipt Text within the mobile experience, similar to the web platform.
