Custom Fields - ERP Sage Intacct

We have connected Sage Intacct to Concur. When creating multi-level custom fields, the top slot only gives me the "Entity" option to map to. We only have one entity so if that is already mapped, I cannot map anything else. I am trying to map project and department as multi-level because they have dependencies. They are not dependent on the entity since there is only the Top Level. Is this even possible?

@JessicaNelson did you try clicking Add List Items and adding in your Programs and Departments?

Yes I know the manual way to enter them, however we are always adding new projects and it would be more seamless to have that update automatically instead of having to do double the work. Is there any reason it would still only give me the entity mapping when that is already mapped?
