Credit card charge not showing in the app

Hi there I have 3 credit card charges from 1st of June and they haven’t appeared in the app so that I can add them to an expenses claim. Other credit card charges from after the 1st of June have already appeared. What can I do about this?

Hello @Lecousi ,

 

In SAP Concur, corporate card charges may take some time to appear. SAP Concur indicates that domestic charges can take up to 10 calendar days to be imported, and international charges up to 21 calendar days, although many appear sooner:

First, I recommend checking whether the missing charges have been automatically added to an open expense report (if Expense Assistant is enabled) and also reviewing whether the option "To find missing transactions: Card Transactions" is available in the Available Expenses section.

If the charges from June 1 still do not appear, the best course of action is to contact your company’s Concur/card administrator or your company’s Finance team so they can review the card assignment and the file received from the bank, and open a ticket with SAP Concur if necessary.
