Credit Card change and I can`t see the expenses

Hello ,

My Amex card has renewed but the Card number is same. Only expiration date and security number is different.

When I pay with phone , I see the expense but  it does not occur in my Concur account.

Please support me on that.

@guevenb has this happened just once or it now happens all the time? 

Unfortunately we here on the Community cannot resolve this as this sounds like an issue with the data being sent by the card issuer. If you know the team at your company in charge of assigning company cards, you should contact them and let them know what is happening.
