Credited in error

I submitted the claim for my Corporate Credit Card transaction which was related to travel to London - I submitted this as personal expense that didn't need reimbursement - it wasn't personal expense, but the train was cancelled on the day of travel and I requested a refund from the train company - this was sent to my personal bank account and I paid it off of AMEX via the app - Even with this submitted this way you have credited my card on 27th February - how can this be reversed?

@paulclark just to clarify, Concur does not charge or credit company cards. I'm not clear on why it needs reversing. How did the train company credit your bank account if the train ticket was purchased on your company AMEX card? Wouldn't they have credited the original form of payment? 

 

Did you submit the original AMEX charge for the train ticket using Concur Expense? I'm not quite following exactly what happened here.
