We have an employee who has a Create a New Claim button instead of create a new report.

What's going on???

@SueW this will not adversely affect anything. It is possible the user accidentally changed the language to English UK on the Sign in screen or made a change to the Site Settings.

If you look at their profile as a site administrator, you can see what locale is assigned to the user as @darinr mentioned.

This is most likely related to the locale or language assigned. you can go into user admin and update or the user can change it in their profile under system settings
