Configurable Receipt Thresholds for Corporate vs. Personal Cards

Within "Receipt Handling", how can I configure 2 different receipt requirement thresholds?

1. Corporate Cards - receipt required if transaction amount >$75 USD
2. Personal Cards - receipt required if transaction amount >$25 USD

Or perhaps Receipt Handling is not the place to do this?
