Concur mobile app crashing

Hi Team,

 

The user is facing an issue while opening concur application in mobile. The app gets automatically gets closed.

 

What may be the issue?

@justinkthomas we always recommend the following with mobile issues:

1. Make sure app and phone are running the latest version.

2. Do a hard reboot of the device. 

 

These two things usually, not always, correct the issue. Have them try this and let me know how it goes.

@justinkthomas  also have the user try uninstalling the Concur app and reinstalling.

@dlamont yes the user done that and still facing the same issue

Could be the phone, is it a new phone, older phone, popular model or other, but rather than chasing you might go ahead and contact support, although they'll want the phone make/model and OS version. 🙂

@KevinD I will check with the user but the basic troubleshooting already been done. Still the issue persists

@justinkthomas the user will need to submit a ticket to Concur Support if the issue keeps persisting. I've submitted this question internally to see if our mobile team has any suggestions.

@justinkthomas if you can get the user to try again and take a recording of what is happening, that would be great. We will also need the user's SAP Concur Log in ID/Username, the device they are using and the OS version.
