@ARJ hello there. I'm not sure what "most created projects reference" means. Is this a term your company uses? I don't think others on this forum will know what it means either.
Also, when you say they are not able to claim their travel, what does that mean exactly? They cannot submit expense reports with these travel expenses? There isn't a project created for travel expenses? Please clarify.
