Concur Schedule Call link

Hi All,

 

Have any of you found that when you schedule a call with Concur, the link to the teams invite never works. You simply can't click on it?

 

Is this a known issue? Anyone else have this?

Hi @nlynch91 ,

 

Can you right-click the link and Copy Hyperlink → paste into a browser. Lets see if it works in this way? 

 

Upon searching online, I come across information that such issues usually happens when Teams or email clients misrender links. 

 

In this case below are the possible options you can try:

  • Regenerate the invite,
  • Try a different client/browser,
  • Join via copied link or dial-in,
  • Validate Teams account association.

 

If the issue persists after troubleshooting, you can open a new support case with Concur and include the relevant details. It’s possible that the problem is environmental rather than Concur-specific, so providing full context will help them investigate further.

  • Include screenshots of the invite email/calendar entry,
  • Show the inactive link,
  • Note what client you’re using (Outlook desktop/web/mobile),
  • Mention networking environment (corporate vs home).
  • Support can then investigate if the invite formatting from Concur is somehow incompatible with your environment — and escalate if needed.
