Report showing exact locations?

Hello!

Is it possible to create a report with the postcodes (zip codes), business purpose and mileage showing for each line? All this information is inputted so I hope there is a way to extract that information. I have to complete a report that requests that the report 'should show why you made each journey, with the starting and finishing postcodes' alongside a mileage log. Currently all I can see on the report is Expense Type and Amount plus the comment I've added, but I really need the other elements quite urgently. 

I can do this manually, but it will take me hours as I have 2.5 years to cover. I am not an admin or superuser, the version of concur I use has no bells, no whistles.

@MissH Are you talking about creating an expense report with the post codes or creating some other type of report? 

I'm not quite clear on what you are doing, but it sounds like you are trying to create mileage expenses for reimbursement. Can you clarify what you are doing exactly, please?

Hi 

Sure - I am making a tax claim and the government require the detail in my original post - so ultimately I need to be able to produce a PDF report showing all the usual but must include mileage and the postcodes to and from each location with the reason why - I have an option to add 'Branch Visit' and that needs to show as well. None of these things show on my current report options.
