@user-12345 to more accurately assist you, can you walk me through the exact steps you took, please? For example, were you using the mobile app and if so, did you already have an entry created on your expense report and uploaded the incorrect receipt or did you use the mobile app to capture the receipt, then the system created an entry from the receipt image?
Lastly, were you using the mobile to try and delete the image or a were you using the desktop/web version of SAP Concur to try and delete?
