Concur Influence Platform

I use the Concur Influence Platform to submit suggestions / vote up items that can be beneficial to see in Concur. I saw that there were some updates there, but now when I try to log in, I get a message "Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access". Any updates on a go live date for that site or is there a different site that we should be accessing?

The SAP Concur Customer Influence Platform is Active since September 28, 2026

Please check:

1. Access the SAP Customer Influence Portal.
2. Sign in using your SAP Universal ID.
3. Verify that your account has the appropriate SAP Concur P-user or S-user access.
4. If the authorization error persists, contact [email protected] to request access assistance.

The error “"Sorry, but you are currently not authorized for access" is due to an Account Authorization issue, and not a Platform Outage.

Hi @samasuraj - any idea where on the new influence site we can post suggestions for improvement? Previously there was an option to vote. Now I can only see a discussion forum.

SAP Concur – New Customer Influence Portal

Yes, you can still submit improvement suggestions and vote on existing requests in the new portal launched October 6, 2026.

Navigation:

1. Visit SAP Customer Influence.
2. Sign in using your SAP S-user or P-user credentials.
3. Select SAP Continuous Influence.
4. Search for the relevant SAP Concur session.
5. Open Improvement Requests to submit a new idea or vote on an existing one.

The Discussion Forum is different from the Improvement Requests section.

If you only see discussions, verify that you're in the correct session and have the necessary access.
