I am experiencing a recurring issue with SAP Concur Expense and would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem or knows how to resolve it.
When I log in to Concur Expense, the user interface is frequently displayed in English, although my preferred/default language is German.
The strange part is that there is no apparent reason or pattern for when this happens. It does not happen every time I log in.
When I then go to:
Profile → Profile Settings → System Settings → Default Language
the dropdown already shows:
German (default)
So the language setting itself appears to be correct.
However, if I simply click Save again without changing anything, the interface immediately switches back to German.
This means that the setting appears to be stored correctly, but Concur sometimes does not apply it when the user logs in.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
Is this a known SAP Concur bug?
Could this be related to the company configuration, user master data, or an interface/data feed?
Could browser settings, cookies, SSO or the login process cause this behavior?
Is there a recommended solution or workaround?
I would appreciate any information or suggestions on how to permanently resolve this issue.
