Concur Expense Scope

Hello Experts,

Can travel agency integration be done within the scope of Concur Expense? Should it be done?

Or should a concur travel license be obtained as well?

Can we make a Travel Request in Concur Expense? If so, is there an automatic approval after the Travel Request in SAP HCM?

@yaren_genc are you asking if there is a way for bookings done with a travel agency to appear in Concur Expense? 

Our Travel Request feature is separate from Concur Expense, so that means Travel Requests cannot be made within Concur Expense. 

I'm not sure what you mean by after the Travel Request in SAP HCM means. Can you provide a little more detail, please?

@yaren_genc I checked on this and for travel itineraries to flow to Concur Expense, you would need to also have Concur Travel.
