For my expense below, in a one trip with two expense, I already submitted the forms, however, showing me two warnings as picture and showing the button "not ready for review". I want to ask any one help below issue?
I already itemised both items and uploaded the agenda, somehow still have the warnings. It confused whether this form is ready or not ?

Those two warnings are just informative msgs for the user. You can either take the required action as mentioned in the warning message and save the report, or if you have already taken action, then you can ignore the warnings and save the report.
Regarding button, I am assuming that you are acting as a delegate here and preparing that report. If your report is ready for review, then you don't have to take any action as report status will be displayed as 'Ready for Review'.
However, if your report is not ready for review then you can click on "Not Ready for Review" button which will reverse the button as "Ready for Review" and notify actual delegator for whom you are acting as delegate. Once you are done with all your changes you can click on 'Ready for Review' button so that actual delegator will get notified (adds entry in audit trail) and can review the report.
In simple words, that button is to notify/indicate the actual delegator whether their report is ready for review or not.
