Concur Expense Admin Account Credentials

Hello Experts,

We have the license for Concur Expense; however, we are unable to locate the system details via the Me SAP portal. Additionally, we have not received any related emails to our knowledge.

Could you please assist us in obtaining the credentials for the admin account and advise on how to initiate the setup process?

@yaren_genc hello there. I looked up your company and it appears you are a Certified SAP Concur Partner. Is that what you mean by "We have our license for Concur Expense"?

One of our clients has purchased Concur Expense, and we will be supporting them with the configuration process.

However, we have not received the credentials for their admin account.

Could you please share the contact details of the appropriate person I can reach out to regarding this issue?
