Hi,
I am trying to reconcile Parent Expense with their related child expenses. However, the SAP Concur Employee expense data set shared, doesnt a Unique ID column to match a Parent expense with their children expense. I only see a Legacy Key column which has many parents and children.
So currently the only way to reconcile parents with children, is to filter by the legacy key and get the groups of parents and children. Thereafter individually match a Parents amount with combinations of child expense amounts e.g. Parent expense 100. Child exp 1 = 20, child exp 2 = 60, child exp 3 = 40.
I want to understand if there is any limitation in any SAP Concur systems to include a unique ID column since this a major limitation to reconciled parent and child expenses.
