I would suggest reaching out to local Concur administrator and request for access. 


In case if you are looking for unrestricted access then please raise a support ticket with Concur with the help of local Concur administrator.

With reference to the note provided in the certification, it appears that this access can only be requested through the ASC (Authorized Support Contact) role.

 

If you are already designated as an ASC for your organization and have the ASC role assigned in your Concur profile, you can raise a support case to request the required access.

 

If you do not have the ASC role, and as you mentioned your site is currently supported by the SAP Concur team, you can reach out to them to understand the process for obtaining unrestricted access.

 

Just for your understanding purposes, ASC (Authorized Support Contact) is a designated user authorized to raise support cases and request changes with SAP Concur on behalf of their organization. This role must be assigned to a specific user within their Concur profile.

Local  Administrator mean. SAP Concur KSA . We have Concur Expense Module and Supported by SAP Concur Team. I need to Approach them ?
