Cognos Intelligence Access

I'm wanting to give someone access to run specific reports and only have the ability to change dates or filter on these reports.  Is it possible to create a folder and put copies of the reports needed in that folder, and only allow him to access that particular folder?  Our company has our main content folder and under that is individual folders for our 3 companies, and this folder would be under one company.

Granting/denying access to individual folders is not something that is possible. You can limit what tasks they have access to, such as creating reports. We do have an audit report you can request to show who is running what reports. So, you can move those reports into a folder and inform the individual to not run anything else and notify him, run history can be pulled.

This audit database report is not available as a standard report though, it has to be requested from Data Services via support ticket.

@kallen51465 as @dbrandywatling mentioned, restricting access isn't possible, however I would suggest having the user make copies of the report and put them in their My Content folder. Then instruct them that this is the only folder they should work from. 

That's the closest you will get to what you are looking to do.
