Clarification on Payment Method for Travel Booking

I will be booking travel through Wells Fargo, and I currently do not have a personal credit card. I am planning to use my cousin’s credit card to complete the booking.

Could you please confirm if this would be acceptable? Additionally, I would like to understand if using a third-party credit card may cause which is not on my name cause any issues during the expense claim process for flights and hotel bookings.

@sravaniks hello there. I don't think the method of payment being in your cousin's name will affect anything. However, I would highly recommend speaking with your direct manager about this situation. 

I would also inquire of your manager whether your organization issues company credit cards to employees to use for business travel bookings and work related expenses.
