When we do the posting to S4HANA, we wanted to make use of the Card Transaction ID and Card Transaction Date for the auto clearing purposes, but we have noticed that the JASON file has the ID but not the date. Please advise if this can be added. Thanks in advance. Initially, we thought of using only Employee ID and Trx ID but our credit card bank said it may not be unique so we wanted to add the card trx date also.

Hi @kannanrajaram ,
Credit card transaction date field might not be included by default in Concur Extract configuration that might be the reason you are not getting that value in JSON file.
You can reach out to Company Concur Administrator and if they have Import/Extract Administrator role then they would be able to add card transaction date field in extract configuration if it is not added currently. Once that is added you can do the mapping in JSON file if required and test it again to validate the same.
If you don't have required permissions, then you might need to raise a support ticket with Concur Support and request them to add Credit Card Transaction date field in AP/GL extract configuration.
@KevinD - Please advise if I'm missing anything here.
Below is the sample screenshot from our sandbox where I can see field is available. Similarly, you need to add this field in your extract:
