Cannot find customer for expense report

To whom it may concern,

I cannot find a customer on the search window on my Concur expense portal (Kelsey West, PharmD). Customer has been added on Veeva CRM on January 8, but I still cannot find her on Concur after all these days. I have tried adding the name on capital and lower cases but so far there has not been any result.

I have an account identifier (RRDQTQHBWZC) on Veeva but still not success on finding her on Concur.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
