User created an expense report; expense posted with receipt attached; secondary backup receipt needs to be added.
Want to combine new receipt with existing receipt attachment; 2nd receipt is located in Available Expenses on dashboard. In Expense Report, clicked on expense line to access details, clicked "add" on receipt popup to add additional receipt, and the 'upload' feature appears, but cannot access the receipt posted in Available Expenses (have to add 2nd receipt as a stand-alone upload from phone or laptop).
Is there another way to add/combine receipts from Concur dashboard without having to access the receipt from phone or laptop desktop? If receipt is posted in Available Expense, can it be combined with existing receipt in report?

@dianadragonfly here are a couple of things to try.
1. Take the item from Available Receipts and add it to your expense report. Once added, select the item and the item it belongs to and see if you can use the Combine option.
2. If option one doesn't work, I would click on the item in Available Expenses to view the receipt. Once it is open and fully visible, take a screenshot. Save the screenshot to your computer. Then go to the expense on the report that needs the second receipt. Open the entry. You should see the receipt on the right side of the screen. If there in an Add or Upload button, click it, find the receipt image and open.
Give these a try and let me know how it goes.

Hi Kevin
Thanks for the suggestions. Prior to posting for help, tried method one by adding receipt to expense report, clicking both items, and clicking "combine expenses" and it didn't work. I used method 2: downloaded receipt from Available Expenses to desktop, opened the charge in Expense Report, clicked "add" button under the existing receipt, clicked "upload" and added receipt to existing one resulting in 2 pages of receipts for that charge.
Method 2 successfully added the receipt but was hoping the user might be able to send receipts to his dashboard "on the go" and then combine at a later time when reconciling his trip expenses without having the additional steps of screenshot or download/upload. If that isn't possible, method 2 still accomplishes the necessary task.
Thanks again for your help. Appreciate your time.
