Hi Team,

I always get quicker answer here than opening a Case.

So, cash advance was issued
cash advance was not posted to FI

and is returned to the employee and in Concur you can see it under Cancelled Cash advances.

How to delete/remove that cash advance from users profile?

@Emilija I went in and looked for some cancelled cash advances in Cash Advance Admin. I found two. I went into the profiles of the users. The Cash Advances did not appear in their list. 

So, I don't believe you need to do anything. To be sure, let me know if the users still see it when they sign in. If so, send me a private message with their names and I'll double check.
