Business Guest Attendees

Where in Concur admin are you able to allow users to upload a list of business guest attendees to their profiles only.

@Heather1574 the attendee import option is for adding attendees to expense reports, not to a user's profile. Any attendee that is added to an expense report is automatically added to that user's list of Favorites that can be accessed in their Profile settings. So, there isn't any need to import directly to your profile if the system is adding them from expense reports. 

If you are looking to allow users to use the attendee import, it is found by going to Home>Administration>Expense>Attendee Import Template. Choose the language then click Generate Base Template. Once generated and saved, click Upload Template. Once this is done, users should see the option to import attendees to their expense reports.

Once I go and do the steps above, where would a user (not an admin) go to upload attendees to their account only?

@Heather1574 just to clarify, the end users do not upload to their account, they upload to an expense report. Once that is done, the system automatically adds those attendees to the users list of Favorites. 

The import option appears when the user clicks the Attendees link for the expense entry. On the Attendees screen, they will click Add. On the next window they see, there will be an Import Attendees option.

Please see the below screen shot.  I followed the original steps to allow end users to upload and it is still not giving them the option.  Maybe I missed a step?
