We are evaluating an automation project for SAP Concur Expense and would like to know whether there is a supported way to download Expense Report PDFs in bulk.
Typical workflow:
- Export a list of Expense Reports (Report Keys / Report IDs).
- Retrieve the PDF version of each report automatically.
- Process the downloaded PDFs for audit and compliance purposes.
Before building a browser automation solution, we would like to understand whether:
- An API endpoint exists for downloading report PDFs.
- A standard Concur integration supports bulk PDF export.
- There is a recommended approach used by other customers.
We may need to process several hundred reports daily, so scalability is important.
Any feedback or experience would be very helpful.
