Bank info

I have no option to enter bank info.

It is under Profile Options/Bank Information. If you are a delegate or a travel assistant then you cannot enter the information. The account owner has to log in and update it.

@SueD I just looked at your profile and you are set up in the system correctly, so the Bank Information option should be there. Sign in to SAP Concur. Click your initials in the upper right. From the little window that appears, select Profile Settings. When the profile settings screen opens, look under Expense Settings on the left hand side for an option that says Bank Information.

  I have tried that and there is nothing in the left side for me to click on I sent pictures of what I see. Also it wants me to change my email the one that is in there is correct. I don’t need to change it. I am very frustrated.
