Available transactions not displayed

When I try to add newly available  transactions to my existing report (even though it's displayed and ready to add) when I try to add it's displaying nothing, it's blank. It just says current receipts/transactions currently not available. Any advice?

We have an ongoing message regarding expenses. Your issue may be related to this. It's best to wait for it to be cleared before taking any action that could harm users.

Credit card service is temporarily unavailable. Some expenses may be missing. Try refreshing the page to display all expenses.
