Available Expenses

How do I access a report that outlines Available Expenses?  To clarify, these are expenses not on a company card and not attached to a report.  Instead, these expenses are visible in the users' "Available Expenses" section of their profile.

Our company uses the professional version and has access to Intelligence reporting.  I previously requested a custom report from the Intelligence reporting team, but was advised there are no options to build a report of this type.

You cannot directly pull a report for “Available Expenses” from standard or Intelligence reporting in SAP Concur because they are not stored in the report/expense tables used by Intelligence.

Intelligence reporting only captures:
Submitted reports
Report headers
Posted/processed expenses

@mishakieren the only unassigned expenses or Available Expenses that can be reported on are those that have imported from a company credit card feed.

Do you have any suggestions on how clients can monitor unassigned expenses aside from proxying into every user's account periodically?
